My name is Diane Wallis. I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. I offer Reiki treatments and specialise in teaching 'First Degree Reiki' in the lovely historic town of Midhurst, West Sussex, now part of the proposed South Downs National Park.

I have been studying and practising Reiki for 5 years and am very fortunate to have studied with very experienced and knowledgeable teachers, completing Usui/Tibetan Reiki to teacher level, Karuna Reiki, Rainbow Body of Light Reiki, Jikiden Reiki and Lotus Reiki Meditation.

What is Reiki?

At its most simple, it is a technique that induces relaxation, a state that promotes healing and well-being. At its most profound, it is a means of accomplishing physical, emotional and mental healing at the deepest levels. Reiki uses the ‘universal energy’ that flows through all living things to promote the body’s own self-healing ability.
